Grooms aren't always the easiest to get natural expressions out of, however Mike's groomsmen were standing behind me commenting on his all white tuxedo....when he heard them talking about Colonel Sanders, Boss Hogg, and wondering when he was going back to the plantation, it was pretty easy to get a natural smile out of Mike!

New look....sort of.....

So it's not a total makeover, but I changed the color theme around on the blog around. I honestly don't really know where the black & blue theme came from, but it was starting to get a bit old. So time for a fresh coat of paint! There are some new changes in the works for the main Jay Crihfield Photography site however! Hopefully I can have those up shortly so stay tuned!

Tracy & Joe

The bridesmaids were ready to start partying even before we were through with pictures!






You wouldn't know if from looking at their pictures, but a storm came through and forced their outdoor ceremony at EagleWood Resort inside. A lot of brides would've had a complete meltdown, but Tracy & Joe just rolled with it and didn't let it bother them.





We were able to make it outside later for a few pictures though....

Kelly & Sonny

Did Sonny plan a surprise for Kelly with the skywriter putting their initials in the sky?....would've been pretty cool, but actually it was the start of an ad for SkyDive Chicago.






The dragons at the reception were pretty cool.....




...but first the dragon needs a tip from one of the groomsman....



But then the dragon decided he was hungry.....



....but maybe not THAT hungry!
